The 10 year plan
What is ChangeUp Greenwich going to do?
The plan has been devised over a period of six months through a process of:
- Monthly meetings of infrastructure groups
- Workshops undertaken by infrastructure groups
- Consultation questionnaires completed by over 70 wider sector organisations
- Consultation workshops with the wider sector
- Literature review
- Consideration of external circumstance (strategic context)
The plan identifies nine themes that the ChangeUp Steering Group will address through specific activities. These themes are:
THEME 1: Communications (Information technology & external communications)
THEME 2: Funding & Fundraising
THEME 3: Quality & Reputation
THEME 4: Voice & Representation
THEME 5: Management & Governance
THEME 6: Appropriate training & capacity development
THEME 7: Sharing & co-ordinating skills and knowledge
THEME 8: Pooling & sharing resources
THEME 9: Volunteering & Staffing
The themes are currently under review under the ChangeUp annual review. Please
